Sonja brings over 10 years of experience in strategic corporate management to Temple Rock. She is a founding partner and is responsible for creating and implementing our policies and procedures that make us one of the best well run companies in our industry. Much of Temple Rock’s success is a direct result of Sonja’s blended approach of entrepreneurial thinking and corporate leadership. She champions the growth of Temple Rock under her watchful eye and is a true believer in building the Temple Rock brand. In addition to her operational talents, Sonja is a research specialist. Her ability to find the facts and to understand the task at hand makes everyone around her better because of it. She’s a tireless leader who always finds time to educate and motivate our team and is always available to help lend her expertise to our people.

During her career, Sonja has led the pricing and contractual negotiations with many prestigious companies including Abbott Labs, Cingular, Illumina and Accenture.

 

John Malamazian is an award-winning (event) production director with a career spanning over twenty-five years. Recognized as a respected industry leader, John is a founding partner of Temple Rock Productions, an acclaimed event design, management and production company.

John’s career was inspired by a Bruce Springsteen concert he saw with his parents when he was twelve years old.  He was captivated by the high-energy and excitement of live events and was determined to pursue a career in this field.

He founded a lighting company to design and manage events for local bands and later sold the company to travel the globe as both a Production Designer and Lighting Director for many of the world’s largest entertainers such as Tina Turner, Michael Jackson and Joe Cocker. As he continued to build his entertainment and touring experience, John also became increasingly involved in the production of corporate events, quickly earning recognition as an industry pioneer by introducing the speed and efficiency of touring production into the execution of corporate events. John has built an impressive roster of clients including CBS, NBC, ABC, WGN, ESPN, CNN, MTV, AT&T, AstraZeneca, Astellas, BMW, Citibank, Chrysler, Nintendo, Accenture, Sports Authority, Motorola, Nike, Best Buy and Wells Fargo; and his inspirational style of leadership, sense of humor, professionalism and dedication to his team are what fuel Temple Rock’s ongoing success.

 

Heather Snedic is Temple Rock Production’s Corporate Controller.  She comes to Temple Rock with over 15 years experience in the corporate financial arena.  During her career her main responsibility has been developing and maintaining multi-million dollar departmental budgets.   Heather leads all Temple Rock Productions accounting functions and is responsible for corporate and operational accounting; the development of internal controls and accounting processes as well as the external audit coordination.

During her career, Heather worked for the Stepan Company overseeing finance of their R&D Department which developed intermediate chemicals used in consumer products and industrial applications.  During that time she directed and coordinated financial planning and budget management functions, analyzed operating results against budget and prepared all financial reports.  Heather left this position to become the founder of HRS Resources, Inc., where she served numerous clients similar financial needs.
